We want you to love your purchase. Every card pack is carefully designed and packaged with care, and we hope they become a valuable resource for your family, classroom, or community.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
- Include proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the item and packaging.
We'll work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
